Delhi-NCR Enforces Revised GRAP: 50% Work From Home, Hybrid Schools

The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has implemented a revised Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) for Delhi-NCR to combat worsening winter pollution. The plan includes 48 action points across four stages, allowing offices to operate at 50% capacity with telework for others. Schools in Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gautam Buddh Nagar may adopt hybrid learning for classes up to 5, extending to higher classes if pollution worsens. Sports events in November-December are advised to reschedule to protect children from smog.
