Delhi Water Minister Parvesh Verma has proposed celebrating birthdays on the banks of the Yamuna river by building huts where families can hold parties and participate in cleanliness drives. This initiative aims to foster a personal connection with the river and promote responsibility for its upkeep. The plan follows a recent campaign where over 35,000 people cleaned 70 locations, removing 76,755 kg of waste.
