Delhi High Court Questions Jailed CJP Leaders, Denies Custody Relief

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday questioned Cockroach Janta Party activists Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka regarding their plea in the Jantar Mantar trespassing case. The court suggested they withdraw their plea against judicial custody. The activists agreed to temporarily withdraw the petition as the Special Executive Magistrate court was set to reconsider their sureties. Justice Subramonium Prasad advised them to await the SEM court's decision before seeking further legal remedies.
