Delhi HC refuses to stay BS-VI vehicle curbs, hearing on Nov 27

The Delhi High Court refused to immediately stay the Delhi government's notification barring outstation vehicles not meeting BS-VI emission standards from entering the city. The court will hear a petition challenging the restrictions on November 27. The restrictions, part of Delhi's Winter Action Plan, began Sunday and will last until January 31, 2027, including a ban on fuel dispensing to vehicles without valid pollution certificates.
