The Delhi High Court has initiated contempt proceedings against AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal for remarks related to the excise policy case. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma stated that Kejriwal's conduct falls under criminal contempt as per Section 2(c) of the Contempt of Courts Act. Similar allegations were noted against AAP leader Manish Sisodia.
