Delhi HC exempts lawyers, court staff from non-BS VI vehicle ban in NCR

The Delhi High Court exempted lawyers and court staff from the travel restriction on non-Delhi-registered pre-BS VI vehicles in the NCR. Justice Amit Mahajan granted this on a petition by the Delhi High Court Bar Association, applying the exemption only on court working days. The Delhi government had banned such vehicles from November 1 to January 31 to reduce pollution.
