Delhi Govt Enforces Winter Pollution Plan from November 1

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced a Winter Action Plan to tackle air pollution from November 1 to February 28. Measures include banning non-BS-VI vehicles registered outside Delhi from entering until January 31, doubling parking charges at authorized sites (excluding DMRC), staggered office timings, and a 50% work-from-home mandate for government and private offices to reduce pollution and traffic congestion.
