Delhi Enforces Winter Action Plan with Pollution Controls from Nov 1

Starting November 1, Delhi will implement its winter action plan to combat pollution. Vehicles without valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificates cannot buy fuel. Non-BS-VI compliant vehicles registered outside Delhi will face entry restrictions.
