Delhi Court Convicts Man for Shooting Wife Outside Hospital

A Delhi court convicted Sushant for attempting to murder his wife, Pinki, by shooting her in the stomach outside Kalawati Hospital in Connaught Place in 2018. The court found Pinki's testimony credible and held Sushant guilty under IPC Section 307 and Arms Act Section 27. He was acquitted of illegal firearm possession, as a separate case is pending. The incident occurred on November 24, 2018.
