Electors excluded from the draft electoral rolls in Delhi and six other states due to absence, shifting, death, or duplication can now reapply using the SIR form without filling Form 6 or Form 8. This opportunity is available during the ongoing Special Summary Revision (SIR) in Delhi, Haryana, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Telangana, and Nagaland, allowing deleted voters to be included before the final roll publication.
