Delhi Air Quality Hits Severe Levels, Schools Shift to Hybrid Classes

On Diwali morning, Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI) reached severe levels, with Jahangirpuri at 450 and overall city AQI at 383, indicating very poor air quality. The Commission for Air Quality Management imposed Stage III curbs across Delhi-NCR, restricting older vehicles and construction activities. Schools up to Class 5 in Delhi and nearby NCR districts have shifted to hybrid learning to reduce exposure to pollution.
