Daughters' Participation and Salaries Double in IIT, IIM, NIT Placements

In the past nine years, campus placements at IITs, IIMs, and NITs have doubled, with average salaries rising by 105% compared to 2016. IIMs now offer average annual salaries exceeding ₹40 lakh. Female enrollment increased to 37.7% in IIMs and by 20% in IITs and NITs. Placement rates are 99.8% at IIMs, 94% at IITs, and 93% at NITs, with significantly more students receiving job offers in 2024 than in 2016-17.
