On November 1, a weather system in the Bay of Bengal may intensify into a cyclonic storm by Sunday, potentially impacting Andhra Pradesh's coast by the evening of November 2. Winds could reach 65-75 km/h, with gusts up to 85 km/h. The IMD has issued alerts for heavy rain and storms in Arunachal Pradesh, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Odisha, and light rain in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Delhi will remain cloudy.
