Satellite images from India's INSAT-3DS show Cyclone Arnab intensifying over the Bay of Bengal, moving towards Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. The India Meteorological Department reported the storm's center near 15.5°N, 88.8°E, with strong convective activity. Arnab is forecast to become a very severe cyclonic storm by October 27 and is expected to make landfall between Bapatla and Visakhapatnam on October 28, with winds of 115-125 kmph and gusts up to 140 kmph.
