It is expected to cross the coast near Bapatla and Visakhapatnam by October 28 afternoon, with wind speeds reaching 115-125 km/h and gusts up to 140 km/h. Heavy rains and strong winds are forecast for coastal areas, prompting closures of schools and trains.
