Cybercriminals targeted supermarkets across Europe, hacking cold storage systems from Sweden to Belgium. The attack affected groups like Ahold Delhaize, Colruyt, ICA, and Coop, as well as an IKEA store, raising freezer temperatures up to 50°C and spoiling food. Similar to a recent French attack on 350 supermarkets, this incident exposed vulnerabilities in connected systems, with no group claiming responsibility.
