CPI(M) to Investigate ₹10 Lakh Bribe Allegation Against Thiruvananthapuram Councillor

The CPI(M) will conduct an internal inquiry into allegations that its Thiruvananthapuram councillor Ajin S demanded a ₹10 lakh bribe to resolve a land issue. The accusation was made by Sanju, who released audio and video clips supporting his claim. Ajin denied the charges, calling the clips fabricated and AI-generated. The party's district committee will investigate the matter, said state secretary MV Govindan.
