Court Issues New Summons in 2018 Defamation Case Against YouTuber Dhruv Rathi

A Delhi court has issued a new summons in a 2018 defamation case against YouTuber Dhruv Rathi. The case was filed by BJP IT cell member Vikas Pandey over a video uploaded on Rathi's YouTube channel. The court first issued summons in July 2019 and has now directed sending a new summons to Rathi's Gurugram address. Rathi reportedly resides in Austria but recently visited India for protests.
