A video from November 1 shows Congress MP Shyamkumar Barve lightly slapping fellow MP Pratibha Dhanorkar inside a stationary bus during an Opposition protest against the Election Commission in Delhi. Both leaders later said the incident was a joke. Barve described Dhanorkar as like a younger sister and dismissed attempts to discredit the party using the video.
