Community Initiative Eases Nallurhalli Traffic Bottleneck in Bengaluru

Residents of Nallurhalli in Bengaluru, with Whitefield Rising, launched a community-led effort to improve traffic on a 2-km stretch by widening a narrow 40-metre road section. A local landowner allowed use of his property frontage during government land acquisition, enabling the project. The crowdfunding-funded concreting began Sunday morning to ease peak-hour congestion and improve safety.
