Cognizant has reduced its 2026 revenue growth guidance for the second time this year due to a more complex macroeconomic environment. The company now expects 4-4.4% growth on a constant currency basis, down from 4-5.5% in July and 4-6.5% at the year's start. Q3 net profit rose to $627 million from $274 million last year, driven by lower tax provisions, with revenue up 4.6% to $5.7 billion. CEO Ravi Kumar cited rising oil prices, inflation, and interest rates as challenges, while noting AI as a growth driver.
