Coal Stocks at Thermal Plants Stable Above 18 Million Tonnes

The Coal Ministry reported that stocks have remained stable above 18 million tonnes since September 29, despite daily consumption below 3 million tonnes. Thermal power generates over 60% of electricity during peak demand, and coal supply is closely monitored to ensure uninterrupted power generation.
