Coal India has finalized the annual performance-linked bonus (PLR) for about 1.96 lakh non-executive employees for the year 2026 at ₹1,10,250. The decision was made during an Apex JCC meeting at the Kolkata headquarters, chaired by Chairman B Sai Ram. The union had demanded ₹1.20 lakh, while management proposed ₹1.08 lakh. The meeting also included a presentation on the OSH Code-2020 related to occupational safety and health.
