Kabir Gupta, a 17-year-old Class 12 student from Woodstock School, Mussoorie, developed MediTrack, an AI platform that simplifies medical reports into personalized explanations in Indian languages. Inspired by patients' struggles at a Muzaffarnagar clinic, MediTrack uses voice, video, and WhatsApp to help elderly and rural users understand lab results. It has analyzed over 1,000 reports and collaborated with multiple doctors and hospitals.
