PoliticsCJP to Continue Protests Until CEC Gyanesh Kumar Resigns
The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) plans a pan-India mass movement on Gandhi Jayanti, October 2, demanding the removal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process. Despite police denying permission for a Shivaji Park gathering in Mumbai, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke vowed to continue protests until Kumar resigns. The movement is supported by Shiv Sena (UBT), MNS, and other groups.
