Abhijit Dipke, founder of Cockroach Janata Party, led a large protest at Bengaluru's Freedom Park against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. Thousands demanded Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar's resignation, alleging voter deletions aimed to disenfranchise BJP opponents. Dipke highlighted that people wrongly marked as deceased were present, calling it a death of democracy. The protest saw strong Gen Z participation with chants of "Inquilab Zindabad."
