CJP Leaders Challenge Delhi HC Order Extending Judicial Custody

Leaders of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, have challenged the Delhi High Court's order extending their judicial custody by two days. The petition was filed on Tuesday through advocate Abhik Chimni. Ratna Singh, head of the party's legal affairs, stated both leaders should not remain in jail even for a minute and requested immediate hearing, citing political motives behind their detention.
