Civil Hospital Performs Complex Surgery on Large Gallbladder

Doctors at Civil Hospital in Lucknow successfully removed a complex and unusually large gallbladder measuring 26 cm and weighing 450 grams from a 35-year-old man from Bachrawan, Raebareli. The patient had suffered from persistent abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting for about a month. The surgery was challenging but saved the patient's life, said Dr. Anand Mishra, head of the surgery department.

GST Revenue in September Rises 14.7%, Stays Above Rs 2 Lakh Crore

GST revenue collection in September increased by 14.7% year-on-year to Rs 2.04 lakh crore, marking the third consecutive month above the Rs 2 lakh crore mark.
