This is the second project involving TVS, whose chairman-emeritus Venu Srinivasan supported Chandrasekaran's third term at Tata Sons. The firm, Hanno One Warehousing Pvt. Ltd, sought 35 acres near Mysuru for this facility in 2025, paying ₹7.91 crore of the ₹27 crore land allotment. Neither Chandrasekaran nor Srinivasan informed the Tata Sons board about this deal.
