The Indian government has set a 30% trade margin cap on 137 non-scheduled anti-cancer drugs to make oncology treatments more affordable. This includes patented and non-patented drugs like Nivolumab, Olaparib, Denosumab, and Topotecan, as per a gazette notification dated October 17. The cap excludes drugs supplied under Patient Assistance Programmes. The list will be updated periodically under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013.
