CBI Closes Patna NEET Student Death Case Without Charges

Despite eight months of investigation and DNA tests of 30 suspects, no conclusive evidence was found. The POCSO court will hear the case next on October 13, with the student's father issued a notice. The student was found injured on January 6, and an FIR was filed on January 9 based on the father's statement.
