Brookfield Acquires 10.5 Million Sq Ft ESR Logistics Portfolio in India

Brookfield has entered India's industrial and logistics real estate sector by acquiring a 10.5 million sq ft portfolio from ESR India for ₹4,300 crore. The assets span 400 acres across six metro clusters including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, and Kolkata. The 98% leased portfolio includes eight Grade A parks serving logistics and industrial occupiers with facilities like warehouses and fulfillment centers. ESR will continue managing the properties in the near term.
