Brent Crude Hits $106.60 After Saudi Aramco, Hormuz Attacks
Oil prices rose sharply after attacks on Saudi Aramco's headquarters and ships near the Strait of Hormuz raised fears of supply disruptions. Brent crude reached $106.60 per barrel, up 0.9%, while US WTI crude rose 1.8% to $95.79, its highest in over two weeks. Military tensions between Saudi Arabia and Houthis are adding to concerns about reduced oil exports from the region.
