Brain-dead man's organs save four lives in Andhra Pradesh

A 34-year-old brain-dead man named Sudhakar from Kovvur donated his lungs, liver, and kidneys, which were transported from KIMS Bollineni Hospital in Rajamahendravaram to hospitals in Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, and Hyderabad. The Rajamahendravaram police created a green corridor for the organ transport. One kidney was transplanted at KIMS Bollineni Hospital. The donation followed the Andhra Pradesh government's Jeevandan protocol.
