Bracewell Sees Even Contests in ODIs Due to New Ball Rule
New Zealand all-rounder Michael Bracewell believes the rule change allowing teams to use one ball for the last 16 overs in ODIs has benefited spinners. The rule, introduced last year, uses two new balls until the 34th over, then one ball for the rest of the match to help bowlers achieve reverse swing. Indian captain Shubman Gill also praised Hardik Pandya's all-round skills, saying his return will strengthen India's middle order.
