Bombay HC Suspends Imran Khan's Leave India Notice Till Dec 7

The Bombay High Court has kept the Leave India Notice (LIN) issued to actor Imran Khan in abeyance until December 7. The court directed Khan to give an unconditional undertaking regarding his future conduct. It clarified that Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders do not have the same rights as Indian citizens to participate in protests. The LIN was issued after Khan's presence at a Mumbai protest. The court will await the Foreigners Regional Registration Office's decision after Khan responds.
