The Bombay High Court has postponed the hearing on actor Imran Khan's petition against the Leave India notice issued by the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO). The hearing, initially scheduled for October 26, will now take place on October 27. Imran Khan, an American citizen and OCI cardholder, received the notice after his arrest during a protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. The notice warns that failure to leave India by October 28 may lead to legal action under the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025.
