Bombay HC Allows Imran Khan to Stay in India After Apology

The Bombay High Court allowed actor Imran Khan, a US citizen and OCI cardholder, to remain in India after he issued an unconditional apology for participating in a protest against the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. The court asked him to submit an undertaking to avoid future protests. It stayed the 'Leave India Notice' issued by the FRRO and will hear the case again on December 7.
