The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) demolished part of Ajay Devgn and Kajol’s 7,802-square-foot bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai, after issuing a stop-work notice for alleged unauthorized construction. The BMC cited internal alterations, partition walls, window modifications, and other structural changes without permission. The notice was issued following a complaint by the Kapole Co-operative Housing Society and was ignored, leading to demolition.
