BJP Alleges Congress Involvement in Electoral Roll Irregularities in Kolar

BJP State President B Y Vijayendra accused the Congress government in Kolar of encouraging irregularities in electoral rolls during the Special Intensive Revision. He alleged illegal addition of names from a particular community at mosques and choultries. Vijayendra said BJP workers submitted applications to the Election Commission to delete ineligible names and denied targeting minority voters, asserting the party seeks only to remove illegally added names.
