Binance, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, resumed Bitcoin, Ether, and some stablecoin withdrawals after covering 95% of the $6.3 billion stolen in a recent hack. The FBI linked the theft to North Korea's state-sponsored group TraderTraitor. The heist, one of the largest ever, occurred in about 20 minutes and involved converting stolen assets into Ether for laundering. Further phased withdrawals will follow.
