Bengaluru Metro Trials Blue Line Train at Byappanahalli Depot

Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) conducted a trial run of the Blue Line train on the test track at Byappanahalli depot. The test checked electrical systems, rolling stock readiness, and track conditions. Testing will soon move to the main line, resuming after Deepavali. The driverless trainset, made by Bharat Earth Movers Limited, connects K.R. Puram to Kempegowda International Airport and Central Silk Board, spanning over 58 km.
