The Greater Bengaluru Authority has launched a Plot Sub Division service on the eAasthi 2.0 platform for properties jointly owned under a single A-eKhata. Joint owners with recorded shares can now divide the property and receive separate A-eKhatas in their names. This service applies to joint owners including family members, heirs, or others, provided individual shares are clearly recorded.
