Bellona Hospitality, the food and beverage arm of Phoenix Mills Ltd, aims to reach ₹600-650 crore revenue by 2029-30 by expanding to 100 restaurants across its six brands. Currently operating 32 outlets in five cities, it reported ₹150 crore revenue in FY26. The company plans a ₹100 crore capex funded by internal accruals, focusing on expansion in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and later Hyderabad and Delhi-NCR.
