BDA hires KPMG for Bengaluru's tallest tower skydeck plan

The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has appointed global consultancy KPMG as transaction adviser for the proposed skydeck project on 46 acres in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout. KPMG will prepare a concept plan detailing the project, funding, and revenue-sharing. The 250-metre tower will be built on land near Major Arterial Road. BDA will pay KPMG around Rs 4 crore and expects the plan in a month before seeking developer interest.
