Basavaraj Bommai urges Karnataka govt to challenge SC/ST quota ruling

Former Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has urged the D K Shivakumar-led Congress government to approach the Supreme Court against the Karnataka High Court's decision striking down the 6% increase in SC/ST reservation.
