Axis Bank Revises Savings Account Charges from December

Axis Bank will change its savings account fee structure starting December. The free cash transaction limit will drop from four to three transactions or Rs 1 lakh. Minimum balance penalties will increase, especially for semi-urban and rural accounts. The bank will also discontinue the EDGE REWARD program for several account categories, affecting both domestic and NRI savings accounts.
