Athlete Parvej’s Suspension Reduced to Five Years on Technical Grounds

The National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel (NADAP) has reduced athlete Parvej Khan’s suspension from six to five years on technical grounds. Parvej was initially suspended for two anti-doping violations, including three whereabouts failures in 2023 and an adverse analytical finding for EPO. NADAP treated these as a single violation, imposing a four-year sanction plus one year for aggravating circumstances, effective from August 28, 2024.
