Ather Energy Reports ₹1.26 Cr Profit, Plans Capacity Expansion

Ather Energy reported a profit after tax of ₹1.26 crore for the September quarter. The company’s board approved plans to increase annual production capacity by 225,000 units by Q2FY28. Capacity at Hosur will rise from 420,000 to 495,000 units, and Factory 3.0 in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar will increase from 500,000 to 650,000 units. Total capacity will reach 1,140,000 units. The ₹122 crore expansion will be funded by debt and internal accruals.
