Astrobase and Bayer to invest Rs 700 crore in Karnataka, create 1,470 jobs

Astrobase will invest Rs 500 crore to build a rocket engine facility on 10 acres in Adinarayana Hosahalli Industrial Area, Karnataka, with an annual capacity of 40 engines, generating over 1,250 jobs. Bayer will invest Rs 200 crore to establish a Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, creating 220 jobs, announced Industries Minister M B Patil after discussions with company representatives.
